1) If you are a Psychologist or Counsellor, please do register with us. See it as a donation as well as an advertisement on a high profile site. Your registration fee will be used exclusively for our work. This is a non-profit organisation, and we do not pay anyone a salary etc.
From a professional perspective, we intend to become very highly ranked on the search engines asap. And we incorporate the most automatically typed domain names (stress.ie, depression.ie, suicide.ie etc). So the vast majority of your referrals will be likely to have the standard problems you normally treat. To join us, click on Psychologists.ie or Counsellors.ie and follow the instructions. You will be placed in your County of operation (listed in the order in which registrations are received), and also listed under your Province (alphabetically, based on the locality in which you tell us that you work).
2) If you are a suicide prevention organisation, or a group helping those affected by suicide, or indeed if your group in any way assists people under stress, please send us a brief not from a local doctor who can confirm your role (email editor@suicideprevention.ie, or fax to +613 9853 0744). We will then get more details from you, enter you under Organisations, and set up reciprocal links to any website you currently use.
