Helping us is easy:-
1) At present, we are seeking local coordinators, who will collect and collate information on support services in their local area eg services helping with family problems, gambling, alcohol etc

2) We are looking for people who can tell their story, either anonymously or publicly. Please email your story to editor@suicideprevention.ie
3) Please get as many websites as possible to link to us, as this raises our profile with Google.
4) Look at "What you can say" (almost on the top of the front page), and rate the comments there, and/or submit your own comment/advice.
5) Fundraising is always welcome of course.
